programs and discovery days

The antidote to a culture of “I don’t care.”

We’re a place to feel alive. To discover what matters. To feel the weight of presence and unconditional acceptance.

We are not a place to scroll past. We are where life actually happens.

Trade performance anxiety for presence. Trade "nothing matters" for "I matter, and here's why."

Through positive psychology, human-centered design, and the honest feedback only horses can provide, youth build:

  • Emotional regulation (not suppression)

  • Authentic confidence (not Instagram confidence)

  • Purpose and meaning (not external validation)

  • Healthy relationships (not transactional ones)

This isn't enrichment. This isn't therapy. This is your kid reclaiming their life from a digital world designed to steal it.

We have 10 spots per Founding Cohort. Locations are in Los Angeles & Malibu. Learn more about the program here

Why horses?

Horses and nature provide what screens cannot: immediate feedback, authentic connection, and the requirement to be fully present. The stats don’t lie:

  • After 12 weeks of equine-assisted therapy, adolescents with depression and/or anxiety showed a 61% reduction in symptoms

  • Equine-assisted learning programs have demonstrated significant improvements in social competence, behavior, and coping skills compared to a control group

  • Participation in an equine-assisted therapy program significantly improved self-esteem and reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety in at-risk youth

Our program is grounded in an evidence-informed curriculum facilitated by a certified mental health / PATH Intl./ EAGALA-certified equine specialists.
